We're hiring a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to monitor a panel of remotely enrolled patients and move the ones who need clinical attention into care the same day. You will review incoming vitals and symptom data for patients with hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes, working alongside Cadence nurses and nurse practitioners to act on risk between visits. This role sits inside Cadence's Clinical Intelligence workflows, where alerts are surfaced continuously and licensed clinicians decide what happens next.

This is a full-time, remote position. The scheduled hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

The anticipated OTE range for this role is $26 - $30 per hour, which is based on role scope, level, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. This position is remote and based in the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, internal equity, and applicable law.
