As the Associate Director of Product Development, you will drive the discovery, development, implementation, and improvement of YipitData products, focusing on our clients’ data experience.

This is a terrific opportunity for a product innovator to accelerate YipitData’s revenue growth and client engagement by developing pioneering products and experiences that enable our customers to capitalize on our valuable data.

You will be honing the team’s product development strategy, making critical decisions that will impact product and company outcomes, as well as promoting collaborative execution with other team members.

We expect East Coast work hours.

The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be between $185K ~ $200K, with an annual target performance bonus of 10%. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.

The compensation package also includes equity.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States.Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, and Mountain View.If the remote work is performed outside of these offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
