Position Scope & Key Objectives
As a Emerging Talent Recruiter, Engineering at Datadog, you will play an instrumental role in advancing high-impact engineering, operational, and organizational initiatives across our international teams.
The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA.
