Position Scope & Key Objectives
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst at Datadog, you will play an instrumental role in advancing high-impact engineering, operational, and organizational initiatives across our international teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Revenue Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, exceptional analytical abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role will be responsible for managing a book of business and addressing internal and external concerns via email and Zendesk. Partnering with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Revenue and Sales, you will assist in resolving Billing disputes.
