As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Datadog, you will play an instrumental role in advancing high-impact engineering, operational, and organizational initiatives across our international teams.
チャネル＆アライアンスチームでは、日本のパートナーエコシステム全体でパートナーのオンボーディング、アクティベーション、イネーブルメントを推進する「パートナー イネーブルメント マネージャー」を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、パートナー営業マネージャー（PSM）、パートナー各社、グローバル パートナー イネーブルメント チームと密に連携し、パートナーがDatadogのソリューションを適切にポジショニング・販売・サポートするために必要な知識・ツール・リソースを確実に提供します。日本におけるイネーブルメントプログラムを実行するとともに、グローバルの取り組みを国内パートナー・市場のニーズに合わせてローカライズし、実装していく役割も担います。
新規パートナーのオンボーディング支援、高ポテンシャルパートナーの特定、アクティベーション戦略の策定、測定可能なビジネス成果につながるイネーブルメント体験の提供を通じて、パートナーの準備体制とアクティベーションを加速する重要な役割を担います。
