Position Scope & Key Objectives
As a Senior People Business Partner at Datadog, you will play an instrumental role in advancing high-impact engineering, operational, and organizational initiatives across our international teams.
Datadog is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to work closely with business leadership and our People team to sit in our São Paulo office and help support our growing Go-to-Market (GTM) team in Latin America. This person will work closely to support the specific needs of our team members across the region while working strategically on People programs and initiatives.
This is Datadog’s first PBP based in LATAM, so you'll be the primary People contact on the ground for the region.
