We help teams turn the noise of thousands of customer interactions into the signal required to move faster, prioritize better, and drive revenue.About the roleAs our Growth Marketer, you will partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to build Dovetail’s acquisition and lifecycle growth engine.You’ll own paid acquisition and email end to end, from channel strategy and budget allocation through to audiences, creative, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, tracking, and pipeline performance. You’ll start with high-intent search, account-targeted paid social, retargeting, and the email programs that turn interest into action, then open new channels when the evidence supports it.This is a senior individual contributor role for a builder. You’ll set direction, work directly inside the platforms, and turn what works into a repeatable system. This is a full-time in person-first role (in office 4 days a week), working from our Surry Hills HQ.W
Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience operating within high-impact industry or enterprise environments.
- Relevant degree or recognized professional accreditation in Customer Insights Software.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to technical or operational excellence.
Compensation Guidance (AUD)
Salary Range: AUD $1,05,000 - $1,41,750 / year (commensurate with skills & experience).
- Includes standard Australian statutory superannuation (11.5%+), health & wellness allowances, and professional progression pathways.
