Unlike traditional wealth management roles, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets. Your performance will be evaluated on a balanced scorecard focused entirely on delivering world-class client experiences.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to WealthsimpleDevelop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goalsCreate custom investment proposals that align with clients' financial objectives and risk toleranceProactively service client accounts, anticipating needs before they ariseMaintain regular communication with clients thr
