Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety first and be accountable for safety, quality, cost, programme, and sustainability compliance
- Oversee delivery from project inception/brief, through design development, planning, contractor procurement to construction
- Oversee project management on an individual and team basis from inception to post-completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Senior director-level track record across major civil engineering and building infrastructure
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Chartered status (ICE/CIOB)
- High-level client relationship and commercial governance expertise
