Key Responsibilities
- Provide assurance, governance, and oversight for business-critical Transformation Portfolio at Sizewell C
- Embed best-practice standards, tools, and processes across RAID management and integrated planning
- Review and validate programme and project plans, establishing centralised tracking and escalation mechanisms
- Manage portfolio-level reporting and updates to Transformation Steering Committee
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Senior director-level leadership in project controls on nuclear, energy, or megaproject transformations
- Chartered professional with deep expertise in integrated project controls, EVM, and governance
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
