Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP commercial operations and financial governance across all construction phases
- Direct and supervise delivery of key commercial assignments ensuring compliance and cost efficiency
- Own executive-level client relationship and convert client vision into deliverable onsite commercial plans
- Full budgetary oversight and financial accountability
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Senior commercial leadership on hyperscale data centre MEP packages or major industrial schemes
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or MRICS
- Extensive experience in high-value MEP subcontract negotiation and dispute avoidance
