Project & Context
Hyperscale Data Centre in London (Public, Science & Technology Business Unit).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivery of MEP services on a hyperscale data centre project to agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety, and quality
- Lead Technical and Construction MEP teams ensuring compliance, governance, and assurance
- Lead MEP tendering process and provide technical and commercial support to bid teams
- Establish procurement strategies and manage commissioning and QA of complex electrical/mechanical plant
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive senior leadership in hyperscale data centre MEP design and commissioning
- Chartered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (CENG/IET/CIBSE)
- Deep understanding of mission-critical power, cooling, and resilience architectures
