Project & Context
Major mixed-use development programme in Riyadh with 200+ projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to validate real-time progress and schedule accuracy
- Review and analyse schedules including critical paths, float, and change documentation
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2) in Primavera P6
- Prepare monthly planning reports highlighting risks, delay trends, and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Project Management
- 5+ years planning experience with expert Primavera P6 skills
- Experience with PMO standards and master scheduling
