Project & Context
Major mixed-use development & integrated transport gigaproject in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of system and functional safety strategies across transport portfolio
- Ensure safety targets, risks, and acceptance criteria meet EN 50126, EN 50716, and EN 50129
- Provide expert oversight of hazard identification, V&V, and specialist safety studies applying ALARP
- Work collaboratively with regulators to secure technical safety approvals
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Safety Engineering
- Extensive experience in safety case development and railway safety engineering
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng / MIET / MIMechE / SaRS)
