Project & Context
Major mixed-use development in Riyadh consisting of over 200 projects (cultural, heritage, F&B, retail, hotels, commercial, educational).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee application of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and Earned Value Management across 200+ projects
- Communicate effectively with client and PMO stakeholders, analyzing complex critical paths and recommending corrective measures
- Manage and develop teams delivering planning and schedule management services
- Drive excellence in planning and project controls aligned with Mace standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National preferred / Middle East PMO planning leader
- Degree with chartered membership or professional certification (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE)
- Proven experience delivering residential and infrastructure programmes within a PMO environment
