Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements

Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

Support talent pooling and pipeline development for key and hard-to-fill roles

Use recruitment data and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions

Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance candidate and stakeholder experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency, with proven ability to source, engage and manage candidates across multiple roles. Experience within infrastructure, construction or the built environment would be advantageous.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build credible relationships with hiring managers, candidates and wider business stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience in talent attraction, sourcing and candidate engagement.

The ability to research markets, identify talent and build effective pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment delivery.

A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining professional standards throughout the recruitment process.

Confidence managing recruitment activity with pace, accuracy and professionalism.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of recruitment activity, work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners and develop the skills required to progress into more senior recruitment and business partnering roles in the future.
