Position Scope & Key Objectives
As a Regional Manager, Sales Engineering - Public Sector at Datadog, you will play an instrumental role in advancing high-impact engineering, operational, and organizational initiatives across our international teams.
Regional Manager, Sales Engineeringとして、Sales Engineersとフロントラインリーダーで構成されるチームを率い、担当地域における技術的な実行力、業務の卓越性、チームメンバーの成長を推進していただきます。
チームパフォーマンスのオーナーシップを持ち、実行基準を形作り、Sales部門のリーダーシップと密接に連携しながら戦略に影響を与え、成果を改善し、個々の案件を超えたインパクトをスケールさせる、いわば「フォースマルチプライヤー(force multiplier)」としての役割を担っていただきます。
