We're looking for a Temporary Works Coordinator to join our Minor Civil Frameworks team based at Hinkley Point C.
We are seeking a proactive and site-based Temporary Works Coordinator to join our team at Hinkley Point C.
Operating within a highly regulated nuclear environment, your primary objective is to manage the lifecycle of temporary structures, ensuring total safety, commercial efficiency, and legal compliance.
You will act as the primary engineering link between our design house and front-line.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Deliver high-standard engineering, technical, and operational execution in line with Kier safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, design partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure milestone adherence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM guidelines, industry technical standards, and environmental requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement, value engineering, digital delivery, and best practice across the scheme lifecycle.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or relevant technical field.
- Demonstrated background within UK infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, water frameworks, or transportation projects.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, and technical project delivery capabilities.
- Commitment to safety leadership, collaborative working, and high-performance delivery.
Compensation & Employee Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience)
