You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products! What You'll Do:Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit
