Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cost and contract management aspects from initiation to close-out
- Administer contractual terms for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Oversee EWN assessments, compensation events, and monthly cash flow expenditure forecasts
- Manage monthly valuation processes and adjudication of claims
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive commercial and quantity surveying experience on major UK rail/infrastructure
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Chartered MRICS or MCIOB preferred
