Role Overview

Position: Principal Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical (MEPF)

Discipline: Quantity Surveying & Commercial

Experience Level: 10 to 12 years

Core Tools & Skills: BIM, Quantity Surveying, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, RICS, CIOB

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEPF trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) from contract drawings and models. Manage cost plans, value engineering, and variance reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, RICS or CIOB certification mandatory, 10-12 years QS experience.
