Project & Context
Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design resources for major pharma projects from inception through delivery
- Manage daily operations of design managers and present KPI data to leadership
- Act as focal point for design-related matters, developing design management tools and operating processes
- Support procurement routes, contractual and technical alignment of design packages
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in design management for high-tech, pharmaceutical or complex build schemes
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Services
- RIBA/ARB/ICE/IStructE or equivalent chartered status
