Large scale construction project in Nottingham within Public, Science & Technology Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM Manager on a large scale construction project in Nottingham
- Support clients and project teams with information requirements, standards, and Common Data Environment (CDE) management
- Develop and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client digital handover strategies per ISO 19650
- Produce information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and oversee assurance and checking of information models
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in BIM management and digital engineering under ISO 19650
- Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Digital Construction
