Key Responsibilities
- Supervise planning and scheduling of delivery for racetrack and infield facilities
- Oversee planning, scheduling, EVM, and project controls to drive performance
- Develop robust master plans and interpret critical path trends using statistical techniques
- Support senior leadership through negotiations, contract development, and due diligence
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National with Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and schedule management tools on sports/infrastructure
- Progressing toward chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE)
