Process Analysis
- Lead analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess current processes, challenges, and improvement potential.
- Map and document processes, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Lead root cause analysis to address underlying operational and business challenges.
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize key bottlenecks and performance gaps.
- Develop and drive improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure improvements deliver measurable impact.
Data & Performance
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Measure and communicate the impact of process and performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other functions on strategic improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive alignment on priorities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Project/ commercial/business analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Fluency in English and German is required
