Project & Infrastructure Context
Bramford to Twinstead Network Optimisation (BTNO Project) — Power T&D — Responsible for securing third-party consents, landowner agreements, and access permissions to enable safe and timely project delivery on the Bramford to Twinstead electricity reinforcement project.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Liaise with client Wayleave Officers, Engineers, and General Foremen to confirm land take areas and access tracks
- Maintain clear communication with farmers, land agents, and grantors regarding tree clearance and tower positioning
- Identify and record utility services and environmental constraints prior to mobilization
- Maintain updated wayleave schedules and damage limitation logs
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of agricultural land use, grantor requirements, and construction logistics. Valid UK driving licence.
