Key Responsibilities & Scope
The role & impactAs the Head of Marketing for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in supercharging the success of small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers across the region. Reporting to the GM (General Manager) of Growth Marketing for Emerging Markets, you will lead a regional function that develops and delivers tailored marketing plans to drive brand engagement and commercial growth. Your work will directly contribute to building a stronger economy by connecting small businesses with essential technology and a supportive community.You will lead a talented team to implement a variety of multi-channel campaigns and tactical initiatives that achieve clear, measurable outcomes. By balancing strategic planning with executional excellence, you will ensure Xero’s go-to-market strategy is refined and delivered effectively across diverse and complex markets. Your focus will be on creating a customer-first culture that relies on data-driven decisions to optimise every marketing touchpoint.The team & how they connectYou will lead a dedicated regional marketing team while collaborating closely with the EMEA Leadership Team and global marketing service functions. Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience operating within high-impact industry or enterprise environments.
- Relevant degree or recognized professional accreditation in Cloud Accounting & SaaS.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to technical or operational excellence.
Compensation Guidance (AUD)
Salary Range: AUD $1,05,000 - $1,41,750 / year (commensurate with skills & experience).
- Includes standard Australian statutory superannuation (11.5%+), health & wellness allowances, and professional progression pathways.
