Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages large scale projects, timely project execution, design, and acts as a construction contract liaison providing site coordination, quality assurance, project closeout/acceptance, and oversight of team assignments; 2) Prepares detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, contract packages, and schedules for facility modifications, equipment installations, and customer initiatives; 3) Develops and implements policies and methods to employ business planning analysis, achieve mandatory project validation standards, and evaluate economic alternatives to determine best economic solutions; 4) Assists subordinate command staff in identifying and supporting data used to analyze current requirements; and 5) Utilizes knowledge of multiple engineering or scientific disciplines to investigate, recommend and develop new processes to improve efficiency, facilities, training and performance. You will serve as Senior Level Engineer, Project Manager, and Team Leader in the N44 Readiness and Logistics Directorate, Infrastructure Branch under the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT), Naval Education and Training Command.

This position reports directly to the N4 Director of Readiness and Logistics.

You will be responsible for team workload planning; project development including concept, planning, design, scope, and budget on a wide-variety of facility and infrastructure sustainment, to include modernization projects, customer-driven upgrades

And equipment installation projects.
