Project & Context
Curzon Street station is a new £800m HS2 project in Birmingham city centre providing a catalyst for regional development and a centre of excellence for best practice reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Oversee the assessment of Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and compensation events
- Provide regular cash flow forecasts of expenditure and report expenditure against Incentive Target monthly
- Manage the change management process and consult with other functions to assess risks to overall project out-turn
- Produce monthly consolidated project-wide cost/expenditure reports and manage monthly valuation processes
- Manage adjudication of claims, contractor accounts finalisation, and contract close-out
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive commercial management experience on major infrastructure/rail projects
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract administration expertise
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or RICS/CIOB accreditation
