Project & Infrastructure Context
N1N2 Project — Regional Building & Infrastructure (Birmingham) — Lead commercial management on the high-profile N1N2 Building and Infrastructure project in Birmingham delivered under an NEC contract.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects, ensuring cost control, value maximization, and margin delivery
- Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages, activity schedules, and tender documentation
- Administer NEC contract variations, compensation events, and change management processes
- Provide monthly CVR reports and financial intelligence to the project leadership team
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc). Professionally qualified with RICS, CIOB or ICES. Substantial commercial experience on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
