Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract & Tender)
Discipline: Quantity Surveying & Commercial
Experience Level: 15 years in contract & commercial (5+ years Ashghal)
Core Tools & Skills: Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Commercial Analysis, FIDIC Contracts, Ashghal
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Finalize contract agreements, RFPs, addenda, and cost estimation for Ashghal infrastructure projects. Manage FIDIC-based contracts and claims. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, MMUP certified, 15+ years experience.
